Fraud: ICPC traces N2.67bn for school feeding to personal accounts

The anti-corruption agency revealed that the funds were meant for feeding in some schools during the lockdown period. In a report by The Cable, the sum of N2.67 billion meant for school feeding has been traced by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) to private bank accounts.
This was disclosed by the ICPC chairman, Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye in his keynote address at the second national summit on diminishing corruption in Abuja on Monday, September 28, According to Owasanoye, the funds were meant for some federal colleges during the coronavirus lockdown when children were not in school.
